By accessing or using the services provided by NXT Level Driving School, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms outline the expectations, responsibilities, and rules that apply to all students and website users.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Availability

Driving lessons are available by appointment only. Lesson times may vary depending on instructor availability, weather conditions, and vehicle availability.

2. Payments & Fees

All lesson fees must be paid in full before or at the time of the lesson unless otherwise arranged.
Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will honour the price quoted at the time of booking.

3. Behaviour & Safety

Students must follow all instructions given by the instructor to ensure safety. The instructor reserves the right to end a lesson immediately if unsafe behaviour occurs, without refund.

4. Instructor Rights

NXT Level Driving School reserves the right to decline or discontinue lessons if a student behaves inappropriately, poses a safety risk, or fails to comply with road safety requirements.

1. Booking Policy

Lessons must be booked in advance. We will confirm your booking by phone, email, or text message.
A valid learner’s permit or licence must be presented if required.

2. Cancellation Policy

Students must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a full lesson fee.

3. Lesson Requirements

Students must:

• Be medically fit to drive

• Bring their valid licence/permit to each lesson

• Wear appropriate footwear and follow safety guidelines

• Ensure they are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol

The instructor reserves the right to refuse the lesson if these conditions are not met.

4. Test Day Use of Vehicle

Use of the driving school vehicle for a driving test is subject to instructor approval. The instructor must be confident the student is test-ready and can drive safely.

5. Liability

NXT Level Driving School is not responsible for:

• Fines or penalties incurred due to the student’s driving actions

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

• Errors or omissions beyond our reasonable control

We ensure the training vehicle is fully insured and maintained.
